I would think that Armenia should offer its educational facilities to some Turkish students also. Imagine the possibilities?

Another April 24th and yet another disappointing press release from the Bush administration. It is disgraceful that they continue to lack the moral clarity to recognize the Armenian genocide.

Hasn’t anyone learned after these thousands of years? We can bend but we won’t break!

From London I have followed the story of the death of the Indian student in Yerevan medical university. I would like to pay homage to the honorable way in which the friends and fellow students of the student who died have conducted themselves. Following the story on this blog, I have seen through the photos of Onnik a tragedy, an honourable fight for justice and the shameful and disgraceful behaivour of someone who is supposed to be in charge of an educational institution but acts in a way more beffiting of a thugish hooligan.
I would like to also take the opportunity to send a message of solidarity to the Armenian people in memory of the victims of the Armenian Genocide and hope that one day, another bully and hooligan, the Turkish regime will be held to account for this barbaric crime against humanity.

Wow. I salute these people for the respect they have shown in such a time, when it is very easy to fall into the trap of generalization.
Now if only some Armenians learned from them!
