					<description>You can argue that the same types of attacks occur in Armenia, but by Armenians against Armenians. I wonder how many people in Central Yerevan are beaten or killed each year by thugs/bodyguards or by those who have no tolerance for non-Aperos, in other words people  who stand out because of the color of their skin, their dress, or even their hair style. Although the random killings of Armenians in Russia should not be tolerated, once again Armenians are failing to face the facts in their own country.</description>
