					<description>Oversight and transparency are always key. The Diaspora must not think it's rude to demand it, and the Armenian Government must be ready to accept such conditions and ensure that every project is 100 percent open to external scrutiny. For sure.</description>

					<description>Somehow when money gets funneled out of Yerevan, there's always more going in than coming out.  I for one can't wait much longer to see how that trick is performed.</description>
