					<description>Paul, I'd say that Armenia was only consturctive to a certain extent with their willingness to host both games in Yerevan and Baku. I think they knew that Bau wouldn't agree to that anyway. The Armenian side could have agreed to play on neutral ground. Both sides were stubborn.</description>

					<description>First off that exception was about the most unjust ruling I've ever heard. What kind of an organization thinks it's a good idea to punish both sides for one side's obstinance?
I think the reason Azerbaijan was so against that particular game was because they knew they'd probably lose both at home and in Armenia. What a blow to the national psyche that'd be. Ain't no 41-15 victory there.</description>
